Lifetime cancellation policy are misleading. I tried to cancel my membership and instead was put on hold and reactivated without my consent for 9 months until I caught it. I tried to reach an agreement with management they are the WORST and unwilling to agree on anything. I've read many billing/ cancellation problems. I'm going to file a lawsuit for this club. Any one interested to do it as a group?

    Consumer fraud is common with health clubs.
    They often treat their customers, and especially their excustomer, as if they are a free source of endless cash.
    "Reactivating" your membership after you cancelled is just a euphemism for stealing.

    You will probably have to shut down your account or block your card number to prevent unending charges.  Contact your state Attorney General for assistance.
