DOA. Lights won't light and "REMOTE CONTROL" inop fan remains in low spd only.

Brand new right out of the box. Rechecked all connections, dip switch settings, RC batteries, antenna visibility and manual operation, ONE SPEED ONLY "Low".  Not my first Hampton Bay and all ended up stalling in "Low Speed." Save your money.  I will never buy this brand again.
