LOCKED OUT WITH NO EXPLAINATION

So I have been using Moneygram Online and going in to store (Walmart) for 13yrs when all of a sudden, I couldn't send online (Err message), I called in the 800 number and I talked to idiots who doesn't know what the hell they are talking about. So I go in to Walmart and tried to send money, the person behind the counter told me that something was wrong with my MG account and that I needed to contact to them. Called the Customer Service number and all they could say was sorry MG has the right to stop any transaction. I mean, seriously, after all these years and they just locked me out without any apparent reason or explaination. Screw you Moneygram! and hello Western Union.
