I ordered one set of proactiv products over 2 years ago. So they automatically enroll you in a recurring monthly shipment. Ok, my bad for not calling to cancel after a couple of shipments. I finally did call to cancel, and they continued to ship and charge. This happened several months in a row, and I called again and again to cancel. Finally after a few more charges they stopped coming. I thought they had taken me off their list like I had pleaded with them to do. 8 or 9 months later, ANOTHER charge goes through on my card and I get another shipment! I called in a rage and they simply let me know that when I cancelled, they actually just put my account into "suspension" to be reactivated after a certain amount of time, even though I was clear that they take my information out of their system. I have called twice now since that charge, and have just received my third charge! I guess I will have to change my credit card information, but I already did that a year or so ago and somehow they still charged me, and sent my bill to collections because my previous credit card info on file didn't work. I don't understand why they haven't been sued.
