Maintenance Fees/ Transfers

BOA is charging their customers to transfer their own money from one account to the next, along with that BOA has recently decided on my bank account that I have had since 2007, which I have always kept a good standing balance in, to charge me for transferring, from my savings to my checking, and it takes 3 days to process the transaction, during a business working day. I was told my the representative that spoke with me that I need to run a register, well I am its called online and I am also watching my transactions, perhaps your system needs to catch up with the rest of the world!!
