I hang up immediately but couple hours later here it is again, every EVERY DAY. How can I stop this?

Robocalls cost them nothing, so they are choking the phone system with them, wasting the time and minutes of millions of people. They hide their own real numbers so you can't trace them to get them to stop.
Connect to a live person, and play along. Use an alias, pretend you have $5k to $10k of debt, give fake card numbers, whatever. Every minute they spend with you, they can't swindle someone else.
Waste their time, and starve them.
