Large Non medical dog in restaurant

Eating at my favorite restaurant (Red Lobster) Last night and waitress sits down a party of four and one Large Non Medical dog. The dog needed a bath and the smell was pretty bad. I didn’t know the Department of Health allowed dogs (Animal)  to hang out inside where people are eating. Don’t think this is right. Oh well , time to find a new restaurant.
