AVIS Rip Off

I did rent a car at the train station, two weeks, had an accident with the car , returned it fully tanked. Received another car to go on and returned it fully tanked.
I now receive the invoice , where I find out I have been charged a 125 € refuel charge...I already had once experienced the same in Germany with Avis and although I could prove with the fuel tiket I had it fully tanked 10 minutes away from the airport I never have been refunded.
In addition to this I discover that I have been charged a 10 % on all rental charges plus on the repairs ( 1500 € ) as "charge for airport return, making it a 180 € extra charge... There is no mention on the rental contract regarding the amounts or percentage this charge might be. Calling the customer service I was said it is a normal charge...AVOID AVIS !!!
