Fraud

Crystal Sanchez @First Distribution Services called me at work, I promptly told her not to call me at work again, continued with her bogus spiel about a complaint filed against me and a  file number I needed to speak with her manager about. I promptly hung up....she called right back and I blocked the number.
This is a scam their trying to extort $$ from you.
Don't fall for it.
