I am writing from UK. In April I ordered pill from an USA company called "Healthy Right Now" (http://healthyrightnow.com/index.html). They told me to expect the package in 20 business days. After a month I contacted the company via email but received no response. My other emails also were fruitless.

My debit card was charged by this company and I don't know what to do to get my money back. Customer service on their 24 hour ORDER ONLY line decline my requests to help me locate my order.

    I had the same experience with this company. I rang my credit card provider who initiated a "chargeback" to get my money back. Only then did this company contact me wanting the "redeliver" the products that were never sent.

    Same experience. Ordered the "buy 3 get one free" at $199. Its been 2 weeks with no notice of package being sent, no tracking number. I get no response via emails.
    I guess I will have to ask my bank to void the transaction

    I am officially opening a complaint against "Healthy Right Now" because of no products received in 6 weeks (order placed on feb 23rd) and lack of response by costomer service until Mar 20 and rejected emails thereafter, closure of website and other WEB FRAUD COMPLAINTS

    I have begun to take legal acction and opened a claim - good luck to the rest of you getting your $ back
