I just received a voicemail on my phone that warns me that the IRS is filing lawsuits against me and for me to call this number for more info. I did a reverse search on this phone number (253)292-3908 and it comes back as Level 3 Communications. If the IRS is indeed taking some sort of legal action against me, I will just wait for them to reach me by mail. Have you had other complaints like this?

Record the employee's name, badge number, call back number and caller ID if available.
Call 1-800-366-4484 to determine if the caller is an IRS employee with a legitimate need to contact you.
If the person calling you is an IRS employee, call them back.
If not, report the incident to TIGTA and to us at phishing@irs.gov (Subject: 'IRS Phone Scam')
