    They are a scam.

No "guarantee" is better than the good faith of the people behind it.
A "guarantee" from strangers, calling you trying to get your money, is worthless on its face.

After reading some of the complaints from people who received unsolicited phone calls or emails from so called "third parties" or "perpetrators" (not to be sarcastic), I learned my lesson about not giving my personal information out to anyone! This is why I have decided to change my cellphone number. And I was also told by my current cellphone company that in order to stop receiving unsolicited calls from "third parties", just hit *67 to block their calling you. You press the *67 from your cellphone (depending on what cellphone company you are with), put the company or the person's number on your cellphone list, and block their number from calling you. That way, when you call, your number will NOT be displayed on their caller ID. Instead, your number will pop up as "restricted", "unknown", "anonymous", or whatever the case may be. As innocent victims ourselves due to unsolicted products, we must protect ourselves from third parties calling or emailing us so that we must not be tempted or scammed. Ever! Believe me, I LEARNED it the HARDEST way!!
