Reported to be a telemarketing scam. They appear to already have obtained credit card numbers, and are calling to get some form of "verification" to use to run up fraudulent charges, under various pretenses ("$260 in free gas"). They deceptively claim to be with "your credit card company".
Since there are reports from consumers of charges without providing the full credit card number, if you receive calls from this number contact your bank immediately to cancel and block any card they refer to. In any case, watch your statements closely in case they attempt to slip through fraudulent charges.

They wanted me to verify a bunch of stuff including my address. This call was to my cell phone so not only did they interrupt my gathering I was at, but for 10 minutes of my cell time - And then to make matters worse they were from India and I couldn't understand 1/4 of what they said. I finally hung up in frustration. 3 days later when trying to purchase books for college, my credit card was stopped by my bank for "suspicious entries" - they stole my credit card!!!!!
