very poor and hopeless service compare other cable tv connection

Have not sent any bills to make the payment and suddenly disconnected the services with out any prior notice. Have been calling the hotline and people who answered do not know anything about customer service and do not have a clue how to retain a customer. Very dissapointed and not satisfied with the services and will not recommend to anyone at all.

    Very poor service I have tried to contact diolag tv since its not working and message indicate on tv screen "searching for signals " but cant get any assistance from dioalog phone wasting our telephone bill, un happy about the service and highly dissapointed

    ඩයලොග් ටීවී හොට්ලයින් එකේ කට්ට්ය නිදිද? මම එක පාරක් කෝල් කරලා විනාඩි 20ක්  හෝල්ඩ් එකේ හිටියා. දෙවනි කෝල් එකත් අරන් විනාඩි 10ක් තාම හෝල්ඩ් එකේ ඉන්නවා. දැන් වෙලාව රාත්‍රි 9.50 යි. ඔයාලගෙ තියෙන්නෙ ගූ සර්විස් එකක්. ඔය විදිහට පාරිබෝගිකයන්ගෙ ෆෝන් බිල් වැඩි කරන්න එපා. මේ වෙලාවට වත් නැගිටලා ඉන්න බැරි උන්ව රෑ ඩියුටි දාන්න එපා.
