Sub : Poor after sales service of aquaguard water purifier(AG infinity) given by Mr. Manish Singh (staff no. 9002615.contact no.9833246104)
This is to inform you about the incidence which has happened with me in the month of may 2011 to june 2011, and which shows very poor after sales service and lack of co-orination.
On 19th of may 2011 i have approched aquaguard sales representative Mr manish singh (staff no 9002615, contact no.9833246104) whose reference has been given by my friend mr rahul deore who had recently bought an aquaguard purifier. Mr rahul deore also told me that mr manish singh is not so good with his after sales services as he doesnt come on time he doesnt send person to fixed up the machine.
But because i was in badly need of water purifier as my mother and sister's health was not good coz of bad water. After approching Mr manish singh have already told about my home condition and how faster i required purfier and also taken words for him regarding giving good aftere sales services. We have called manish singh on thursday 19th of may 2011 at my place. He came on the same day evening the day i called him on phone. After seeing a demo my family was about to go out of mumbai for a weeks time. we told him about it and told him that will call you after few days once my family comes back, but he was forcing us to pay the cheque at that time only. instead of explaining him the whole thing he was insisting us a lot about the cheque payment at that time. At last he has agreed to come over again. So on friday 20th of may mr manish singh called me thrice a day. I was busy in my office work and office meeting, so couldnt able to talk to him so i told him that i will get back to you. On saturday 21st of may i have called up mr manish singh to collect the cheque. He came immediately in few hours to collect the cheque, he also told me that the aquaguard (AG infinity) will be delivered to your place on 3rd day and my person will come on 4th day to fixed it up. I told him that i am going out of country for my office work and will be coming after 8 to 10 day so you please make sure that everything goes as per your commitment. He said dont worry sir, i will personally look into the matter.
I came back to india on tuesday 31st may 2011 night and was very much surprised to know from my parents that the machine was delivered after two days only ie on monday 23rd May 2011. But nobody has come to fixed it up. I was very much shocked, and my mother and sister's health was again down due to bad water. that means the reason i have hurried the payment and things had not at all took place. very next day morning Wednesday 1st June 2011, i had call Mr manish singh and asked about the same as why the purifier not been fixed up yet, he was just giving stupid reasons which i dint understand and his reason was he was busy in some work. which was not at all tolerable. i asked him about fixing up the purifier as soon as possible. he said sir tomorrow i will send my person to fixed it as today i cant send anyone. Next day ie thursday 2nd june 2011 morning i called him to reminding about the same and also told him that as we have to close the water line in my wing so have taken permission from my society's secretary so please send your person at the time we had fixed an appointment ie 2 pm. again he agreed for the same. I waited till 3 pm nobody came. I was calling Mr Manish singh on his contact no.9833246104 contineously his no was coming switched off. till the evening 6 pm. After 6 pm his phone was ringing but Mr manish singh was not answering my phone call neither my sms. On friday 3rd june 2011 whole day i was trying Mr manish singhs no but he was not answering his phone. on saturday 4th june 2011 when called in the afternoon around 1.30 pm one lady picked up the phone call and told that manish singh is not here he is gone to his native place and she will tell manish singh to call me back again. he did not called me back till monday 6th june 2011.
On monday 6th june 2011 somehow i have got the no of so called mr manish singhs seniour Mr Razaq (contact no 9819152726). I called razaq on monday 6th june 2011 at 1230 noon and i was so fed up that i cancelled the order of my aquaguard purifier. Mr razaq was trying a lot about not cancelling it. But i did not listened to him and cancelled it. Razaq said that i will get back my money via cheque in 7 working days. I asked what if amount doesnt come on time? Razaq said no sir i am here only and i wont do anything like how Mr manish singh has done it. Then i thought as already my mother and sister's health is going down because of bad quality water then why to cancel the order. Again i called up razaq and told him that when you can send your person at the earliest? he said whenever u say as if u want i can send it now at this moment. I told him about the next day afternoon. I came home at around 330 pm the same day ie 6th june 2011 for some work and about to go back to office at 415 pm while leaving there was person ringing on my door saying that i am from aquaguard and came to fixed up ur purifier i said but who send you here? he said i have got the information from our bhandup office. I told him that i am just leaving for my office so cant stay home for aquaguard connection, and send him back. He gave me his office no and asked me to contact his office. When i called up his office and spoke to Mr Tondare (contact no - 07498243391) who is a service co-ordinator said that he has got the information regarding fixation of my aquaguard on friday only but he said sorry sir there was a delay from our side due to some negligence and there was some problem in our PC that is why the delay has happened. As he has got a maill on 2nd june thursday only but there was a problem in opening of mail and after that there was sunday coming that is why this delay happened. Again i told him that the machine is already came to me but only the fixation part has to be done. He agreed for that and showing very much enthusiasm in sending a man. so on the next day he send a guy Mr Jitu Yadav who was not a machine fixing guy but a sales representative like a manish singh.
So after all that chaos my machine got fixed up on 14th june ie after 25 days after delivery and this is not enough as there was a leak in my machine and the water which use to come out of machine was stinking even after many days so again i called up mr tondare and again he has agreed to send a man to repair the machine and again there was a delay by Mr Tondares side in attending that complaint as well, as there was a part inside aquaguard which was not working and needs to be replaced.
I have tried to convey you the whole incidence which took place and what all happened with me. Coz of negligance of your employees I had to struggle a lot and has to suffer with my familys health as well. Hoping you to take the necessary action againt it and also inform me the reason of all this. And also tell me that what will compensate my familys health and what i have gone through??
