I have been receiving threatening phone calls and voicemails from a man stating chargescare being filed against me in the state of Florida for some advance I took out..which consequently I never did. He yells at me and tells me that a officer will be coming to my house to arrest me. Im terrified. I have no idea what this company is or how they found me. Im a single mom never been in any kind of trouble and now Im being told im getting arrested and thrown in jail. When I told the man I've never taken out a cash Advance he hung up on me. I've tried calling back numerous times but  they hang the phone up. I've blocked the number but they can still leave voicemails. The accent is so strong and it is always so loud its very hard to hear. I've also tried finding a direct number for this cash service and I haven't had any luck. The only number I have is the one he calls from at least 5 times a day through the night.  1-813-315-3640 this is the only one. Can someone please help me. Im very afraid that some strange pretend police officer is going to show up at my house when Im not there but my daughter is.

It's a scam run by swindlers.

There is no "loan", there are no "charges", you aren't being "prosecuted".
They are just a bunch of liars looking for suckers.

Report the criminal extortionate harassment to your local police department.

"The accent is so strong "
Not likely they will show up at your door, as these scams are practically always run from overseas, often India or Pakistan.

If you want him to stop harassing you, some report that if you keep calling them back repeatedly they move on faster, or have to change their number.

The company they are claiming you defaulted with is Cashadvance.com, which is actually based out of NY and is legitimate.  I have gotten two similar calls.  I have not recently run any spyware searches on my computer but would suggest that this or some public resources is where they get your information.  What doesn't help is that the phone number is often a US number being handled by an Indian mobile carrier.  I checked with the companies that I "defaulted" with just to make sure that no account is out there under my name.  Fraud is so rampant these days its hard to keep it at bay.
