Dear sir,

For the past two months whenever i recharge my account in my orepaid stc card i am getting deduction of 5 riyals please give me the sms number to deactivate any services.

    Same happening with me too, from last 3 or 4 months, when ever i recharge stc deducting amount of 5 riyal, I login to my account online on stc website but no service is activated on my number. And the very bad thing about stc is you can never call customer care, if you call any number like 197... etc, they will never redirect you to the customer, i tried many times they kept me on hold all the time almost 20 to 30 minutes...
