Washer shredding my clothes

12/12 I bought a brand new Duet Washer.  After spending $100 to fix my dryer for burning holes in my clothes we figured out it was our washer.  I have contacted Whirlpool and they said since I was out of warranty they would send someone out at my expense.  I brought up that this had to be a manufactures deffect since this seems to be a common issue with people.  She stated people lye on the internet because they are angry.  Between my kids and I we have lost well over $1000k worth of clothes.  Very sad that they will not stand behind their product.  That after 2 years I have to put over $300 into my washer.  On top of this the boot has tears in it.  Causing water to leak all over my laundry room.  My suggestion would be to not buy a whirlpool product.  Not one for class action law suits, but this is one that I would fully support.
