    This is a scam people.  When you apply for a payday loan on line they sell your information.  There are guidelines that collection agencies have to adhere to or else they get sued.  This isn't even a real collection agency.  Good luck..

    Says their a mediation claims company but you can hear others in the background clearly asking "is this you? Is this you?" Harassing my family members as well. Do not verify who you are or your name. If there is ever a claim against you, it HAS to be in writing not over the phone.

    I have gotten 3 calls from him this week asking about an Anderson Mitchell... Here's the transcript from the voicemail:
    Hello my name is Mark Wallace I'm calling today in regards to inform all _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ filed against one Anderson _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ if you have any information _⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ of Anderson Mitchell please contact our office immediately at 844-369-3850 again 84436950 our next step will be to notify the proper authorities thank you…”

    I have gotten this same call for years now.  I agree, a formal complaint filed against someone should be in writing, not over the phone.  I don't even know anyone by the name of the person they are looking for.  I have called back in the past and told them I don't know the person.  Still the calls continue.  Today I got a call again and decided to call back again and tell them I don't know the person.  They hung up on me.  LOL

    For the the month of August 2017, I and family members have been receiving 4 to 5 calls daily from the following number: 844-369-3850
    The messages state that there is a complaint, a constable is on their way to arrest said individual. So, I called the number several times, the phone does not ring but automatically you hear some horrid music. I went ahead and waited today to see if someone would finally answer. Well, a male answered and identified himself as: Mark Lopez
    This person went on to say that a complaint was filed and to be ready to be arrested or the issue (which was not ever identified) could be rectified with a debit card, credit card immediately!
    I let the individual know that what they were doing is against the law and that they were being reported to the FBI. They hung up.

    I have called this number back multiple times to tell them they have the wrong number. They "remove" my number but keep calling me. When I ask a question they very rudely hang up.

    Just received a phone call from this number, no message left just a loud screeching sound.  I thought Block List was supposed to stop these garbage phone calls.

    I am getting the same message but they are using my ex daughter in laws name called 3 times this week n keeps leaving messages

    This number +1 (844) 369-3851 called me today and left me this transcript:

    "Hello my name is Mark Wallace home today we're going to probably _⁠_ Taylor Talford if you have any information as to the whereabouts of Philadelphia please contact our office _⁠_ need to leave at 844-369-3851 again that number is 844-369-3851 our next step will be notified the proper forwarding thank you…”

    I don't know anyone by that name and definitely don't know anyone from Philadelphia. When are these people going to stop and find a real purpose in this world instead of calling and harassing others with these ridiculous phone calls! Blocking their numbers are not enough and being out on the do not call list is useless as well!

    I have been receiving calls from this Mark Wallace person asking if I know the whereabouts of a person that I could not understand the name because he did not speak clearly when he pronounced the first name.  This person calls at least 2 - 3 times a month.  The last person that did that, I let them know that I contacted the proper authorities and gave them their name and phone number, I haven't heard from them since.
