This continuity subscription merchants place stole $189 from me by charging my credit card without my authorization. DONT do any business with these people. They work under the guise of a gift from Costco. I'm very disappointed with myself and them for doing this. I had to stop my credit card and file a dispute in an attempt to get this money back. Take heed and stay away from this scam!

    It's a cramming scam..
    Just use any excuse to get your card number, then cram through a bunch of charges.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    Garcinia Lyfe and Trim Lyfe:  DON'T ORDER THESE PRODUCTS!!!  I "clicked" one too many buttons when just reading and thinking about ordering, and ended up ordering these products.  A scam, couldn't get back to the site to cancel, and then was charged $84.99 and $89.99 less than 14 days later. after I had already paid $11.43 for the trial.  I called to reverse the charges, the first man was rude and said I could get $0 back or 50%, that was my only option, so I agreed to the 50%, but still continued to ask for the full refund.  I called back 2 days later and the system was down.  Today I called, asked for a supervisor (who was unavailable) and that man, who claimed he was the floor manager, refused to listen to me, read from a script and hung up on me.  I called back and again asked for a supervisor, and again, none were available.  I have tried samples before for other products and have never been treated with such disrespect.  The supervisor  of the company whose phone number is 877-252-9191, needs to contact me, give me their direct phone number and make resolution to my complaint!

    same thing happened to me, they charge me of $19.90 for the MAG PLAN, i dont know how they do that!! im now working to dispute this charged! the bank should have the idea and banne them from their system!!

    got scammed
    same happened to me....I did not authorize deductions from my credit card and they keep deducting $87.41 .  I have received two packages that I did not order and am trying to return but my shipping dept. needs a physical address (street address) to return and the company will not give me anything but a PO Box.  I am demanding reimbursement of the two boxes, plus the previous billings.... Please help..I am reporting to Better Business Bureas

    I just got two charges from these scammers on my debit card. I never authorized anything to these people. The best thing to do I guess is contact your account holder as fast as possible to reverse the charges. It's not legal. Your bank can help. It's fraud. If anyone has more information on these people PLEASE SHARE. We have to stop them.

    I just noticed 2 charges on my credit card, one for $6.99 on March 22 and then one for $99.31 on April 5th....it says Beautysite...no phone number to see...at first...but when I clicked on dispute this charge and the other window opened, it showed me a phone number and a name: Continuity/Subscription...844-481-3142...I called it and the recording said they are opened Monday thru Sunday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m....after googling the name and finding these complaints, I've decided not to wait until morning to call anyone.  I reported fraud charges and my bank is cancelling my credit card effective immediately...then they will follow up with the dispute and return my money.  DON'T WAIT and try to reason with scammers like this.  You will just get more aggravated and in the meantime the time is ticking.  Just report it to your bank as fraud.  I have no idea who these folks are...I haven't signed up or received a free or cheap gift of any kind from anyone and have no idea how they got my card number.

    i was charged £79 by continuity/ subscription merchants but by the charge it had amazon so i called amazon who informed me it was a legitimate charge for amazon prime membership which is an annual subscription for next day delivery of goods purchased from amazon.

    Hello! To whom it may concern. I didn't give anyone permission to go into my account.  I don't know who you are. I don't know what services I subscribed to. I would like a refund for the amonut of $49. 72 to be debited back to my card. Thank you

    I had a change for $70 from a name I don't recognize (and tried googling it and nothing comes up). The merchant category is Continuity subscription merchants. If this is a legitimate charge, too bad for the vendor because I couldn't understand WHO the charge is actually from. I disputed the charge and closed my card. If it's legitimate they need to put a better description of who they are. The bank said it's most likely fraud and best to close the card. What a pain.

    Received a charge for $47.03 on my debit card from Iranda/Direct Marketing Continuity Subscriptions. Googled it and this was the only page related. Called my bank and disputed the charge. Had to go to the branch to get a new temporary card while I wait to get the new one mailed to me. Scammers. I have no idea how they got my credit card information. There’s not even a phone number to call to find out who the hell these people are.

    I was just charged 99.93$ from  subscription Merchants I called my bank and they said it’s still pending so there was nothing they can do tell it goes through I’m so mad and disappointed

    Call your bank dispute charges. You will get those back. Stop your credit card and they will reissue another one. If from bank account, notify bank and they can block that company from withdrawing funds.

    I am very upset with this supposedly had to pay only 6 dollars and something and now they charged me 98 dollars of my card this is a scam

    You took money from my account that I didn't authorize one for $49.95 an another for over $19.00 I canceled this order less than a week because I never got not one pitcher of a house so I called then an complained and at that time I also canceled that order and as of right now I still haven't got any so would you please put my money back in my account Thank you Eugene McRae

    On 9/17/2019  I received an email to get a gift Home depot card  and when I fill out the information for the gift card there was another add for free diet supplements and would just pay shipping  of $6.95 and $6.75 for the other. I singed no statements just only used my card to pay the shipping cost. The next month I received a bill for $89.25, and $88.57,  I had bank to charge it back / rejecting the transaction. A few days later I saw the charges again.  I tried looking up the company by address and it  show a UPS store at this address 18685 Main St Ste 101-318 Huntington Beach, CA 92648. No products was ever received and a subscription never purchase. So now like the others I will have to get my card changed to stop them.
