rude sales associates

I went to macy's, the one in winter haven, Florida. A lady works in men department, her name is Florence, and her last name is [***]. She is certified rude. She talked rude, and when o was talking to her, she threw me away with her hand.  I have never seen somebody like that Florence [***]. I usually go to that store, now, I hate it, there is no customer service at all. After I reported what she did, as the supervisor was watching her stinky attitude, she promised to follow up with a phone call, but never did. I like macy's, but for the one on winter haven, never will I go back there.
