Unable to create Login id

Dear Sir/Mam,
Greetings!

I know you always solve every ones problem and i have faith on you that you'll also solve my problem.

I m Manisha Sharma. I m doing PGDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Pune. I have paid all the installments of my fees (1st installment of Rs.15000 and 2nd installment of Rs. 10000). There is no due amount. My Registration no. of SCDL is 200866537.
Unfortunately, I am unable to create my login id and password on www.scdl.net . i have tried a lot to make my id on 07th& 08th October '08

If i won't be able to create my login id then i'll be unable to submit my assignments and also unable to give exams.

Please solve my problem and do the needful as early as possible.

    I am Maneesha Mishra doing PGDBA Finance, I have paid my all instalments of Programme Fee. I am unable to login the site since today i.e. 27/11/2008. Please do the needful let me know how the problem may be solved.I have received my Identity Card also.

    Unfortunately, I am unable to create my login id and password on www.scdl.net . i have tried a lot to make my id on 1st Dec to till dt.17.02.09

    If i won't be able to create my login id then i'll be unable to submit my assignments and also unable to give exams.

    Please solve my problem and do the needful as early as possible.

    Unfortunately, i m unable to login the site .
