unauthorized transaction on credit card by above mentioned company

I cancelled this when you sent me an email to remind  me  to  pay for a new subscription. I have  not used this subscription for 3 years.   I am disputing this charge on my credit card with my credit card company. This is fraud.
Please credit my credit card at once.
