mortgage ins.

Increase mortgage payment do to bank of america paying home insurance. but we pay our own insurance threw auto deduction from our account to allstate which is current ea. month. so payments are being paid twice. called b of a
and was told by law they had to pay insurance from escrow account. never hurd of no such thing. was never told this because we pay our insurance.  Now some one owes us a refund. don't know why this is happening. is this just a all out lie from bank of a? called insurance co. was told b of a have not paid allstate yet. but mortgage increase to pay this insurance when i pay my own insurance.  can banks just do what they want to and have no accountability for what they do? but bank of america is like a bad word. i will never have anything else todo with b of a.  i will refi with someone else
