They claim i took out a pay day laon. I apllied for a small loan online but never accepted. Was afraid of fraud so i changed my bank account no money has ever been deposited like they claim. They constantly call and harrass and wont give me details and when  ask questions hang up.

    They have similar complaints..
    Some complaints report "loan cramming", making a deposit without borrowers actually agreeing to their terms, then pulling money out fast as long as they can claiming it's all "interest and fees" so it goes on forever, or until the sucker gets wise and shuts down the account.

    You know it's fake..
    So don't pay them a cent.  You also know it's a fraud attempt, so report it to FTC, your state AG, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. If some "collection agency" starts calling, they're in on this scam, so report them for fraud as well.

    Other than that..
    Cut them off.  They aren't going to "sue" you, they can't "arrest" you, and they know the claim is fake.
    If they keep harassing and threatening you, file a fraud and extortion complaint with your local police.  A call from a police officer sends the right message.  Or tell them you're recording the call, put the phone down and let them rant all they want.
