When I tried loading the 2012 Kaspersky secuity disc it crashed my computer.  I had to bring to a repair service and they stated the crash was due to the Kaspersky installation.  Would like details about returns,
full refund of product and refund of cost to repair.

    My computer crashed as I was speaking to a Kaspersky representative who was helping me install the security disc.

    Hi Frank.  I had problems with the recent installation of Kaspersky as well (uninstalled in 2 days).  Forget emailing, it's useless.  

    Did you purchase from Digital River?  Or, did you purchase from a local retailer?  If the latter, you have 14 days to request a refund.  You must call 1(866)525-9094.  They will request your name & email (they will email refund information), which you must fax to them.  Today, I began faxing (9x) and it has yet to go thru.

    I find it rather odd, Kaspersky's  'Refund Policy' is not easily accessible on there website/they do not extend an actual address to request a refund.  Good luck!

    tried to call and talk to them and they just hung up on me when I told them ai didn't order anything from them . just get a hold of your credit card co and file a fraud complaint
