I have been receiving emails from this place also saying that I better pay this or is going to go to court and all the stuff it is believed to be a scam

emails are scam indicators..
Any creep, anywhere in the world, can sit in an internet café and send out emails, with no fear of anyone going after him. So they do.
including the kitchen sink. This one left out the "copyright" that some include, but includes most of the same language they all use. They're just copying from each other, what some jerk wrote years ago.

Keep in mind...
...*here's to hoping that complaintwire.org isn't taking money from these creeps too...* that in the US, you don't get legal messages in email. You can get phone calls and those have to be backed up with something via the US mail. No ifs, ands or buts. If you're getting demand 'letters' via email, you might as well just add those email addresses to your junk folder. They hold no legal tender in the US. None at all.
