on 4/13/13 john form directv came out an installed diectv and unhooked rosemary intenta w/o permission now she has no t.v. we both been calling and complaining and they say there no record of it. they just waitng for the 30 days of installment so they can bill be for there screw up i do not or ever recomend directv to any one shop around you'll be better off
