I have booked 2 consignments from NTPC,Kaniha,Orissa to Kolkata on 28.07.12. Out of which 1 consignment was dellivered on 30.07.12 and another consignment has not been delivered till date. during tracking on their site,it shows consignment delivered on 14th may 2012. I am surprised to see that when I have booked the consignment on 28th July how it can be delivered on May? When I am enquiring for the same they are not taking my calls also. I want cancellation of franchisee of NTPC,kaniha and Cuttack,Orissa also a compensation.

    I was waiting for my parcel and 2 days already i didn't receive. I gave a call to the center and one chinese guy answered me and I told him to deliver my parcel as I told him the tracking number also. No respond, in noon, I called again, a malay staff answer and he said he didn't know about it. I told him to ask the chinese staff. Again, around 4 p.m. I called again because still no feedback to me. This service is showing that the staff are failed to handle even a small things. this is yamato taqbin in penang, malaysia.

    I hope that necessary action to be taken for the unresponsibility of the members taqbin.
