Card services called me a month ago and they went over everything in my terms and conditions. My rates on both my Chase accounts were 13.9 and 19.24. I was on the line the entire time and allowed them to negotiate my rates. They were able to get me down to a 3.9 and a 5.24 for 12 months. I just recently sent in my new lower monthly payments and I'm able to save and buy my children what they want and not only what they need. I even went online and verified my rates and contacted Chase just to make sure things were legit. :)

    The above comment is most likely from a shill.
    The robo-calls are illegal, PERIOD.
    Want more illegal offences-
    Many of these scammers are not even Surety Bonded in the States they robo-rachel call.
