I received 2 charges...One on 8/4/19 and one on 8/6/19, both for $264.90.  Also multiple charges btwn 8/4/19 and 8/6/19.  Has been reported to my bank and card being replaced.

    I was charged $79.99 by 2cocom bitdefender on6/20/2020. I no longer have their service and had tried to cancel this auto charge but apparently they keep charging me anyway. I had even replaced my card and they shouldn't even have this number.

    Bitdefender is a computer security software program that sets up an auto renew with no way to end billing. To continue to charge the renewals they use 2cocom to bill your credit card. I was charged $85.19 for a computer program on a computer I  longer have and no way to end the service. These auto renewals are just part of computer scams that laws must be passed to protect consumers from these sort of scams. Is Washington listening?

    I purchased Bitdefender Sat. Sept. 11, 2021  and it did not work on my device , Chromebook.  I called Bitdefender on Monday morning Sept 13, 2021 and had it cancelled.  I was told I had not been charged.  I checked my credit card and it WAS charged.   Credit my account and cancel.  I am calling my bank to withhold , not pay Bitdefender.

    I have been charged for their "service" - I did not even know there was such a company!  Definitely smells SCAM!  I have asked my credit card company to investigate this and issue me a new card.

    Great for you that i have a free (no charge to me) lawyer with my corporation.  Either reverse this withdrawl vrom my account with card ending in 8467 or else i call them.  I am tired of this bs and cant take it any longer.  Get e'r done.
