Unwanted phone calls

I receive an "automated" call several times a week saying "Your credit card rates may be lowered", click 1 to speak with an operator. Or, click 3 to discontinue calls. Whatever you do, or don't do, the calls keep coming. When I "play along" and try to get information on the company or other ID they sense I am on to them and hang up.
The latest call came from(619) 306-9089 "San Diego Area" - when I called back the message said message box full.
I hope this helps someone get these crooks!

Reported to have about 50 fake “cardholder services” “business entities”?

Must work closely with “cardholderservices” aiding and abetting “third party debt collection” criminals- ACA International, & DBA International-

Notice how it’s “International” so they can continue to threaten, and abuse Americans, using OUTSOURCED TERRORISTS!
