Fradulent Charge

I talked to a Dish rep. this morning and was thinking of signing up, however, he did not tell me until the end of the conversation that I was signing up for a two-year contract.  At the point, I said no and declined the service, however, they still charge $2 to my pay pal account for some reason.  I had given them the number before I learned that the contract was for two years.  At this point, I am just glad that it was only $2 and that I didn't go with them especially after reading all of the consumer complaints about them.
