Unauthorised charge to my mobile account

Hi, I have received a debit from "Sexxxymob" of $50.01 to my mobile account 0418 307 580 which I most definitely did not authorise. I have since worked how to stop the ongoing charge but I want them to credit my account. Can you advise how I go about doing this please?  Thank you
