I called them at 877-615-2403 and they allege they can not find my name or e-mail . So they did nothing to resolve. Called my credit card and they told they can not do anything either. Quess I will have to cancell my credit card. The only viable solution now.

    Your credit card company misled you..
    Contact your CC company (bank) by phone and block the card number immediately.  They can send you a new card.  What they can't reliably do is prevent ongoing repeated unauthorized charges without blocking the card.

    Check the back of your credit card statement.  It will have a section telling you how to dispute charges.  You mail a written notice to your CC company, with a copy of your statement indicating the unauthorized charge(s), notifying them that the charge is being disputed as unathorized due to fraud.  They are required to handle all disputes that you report within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge.
    If they refuse to handle your timely fraud dispute, contact the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.  They can handle complaints with banks they regulate.
