Taking payments after I told them my loan was paid off

Don't trust Auto Pay Plus, it's a scam to steal your money! This is the 3rd time I've been on hold for nearly an hour, trying to get some help from these thieves! They told me I should pay my last payment to the finance company and then call them back. I did as they instructed, but they told me they are still taking my payment out, even though my car is paid off! Don't trust these lying criminals, it's all a scam!!!!
