H.R Not Responding

Hi,
My name is Sandeep. I belongs to chandigarh.I have been requesting to NEHA (HR Department) for many days on M.No.01244210833 to send me the detail regarding addmission in M.B.A in distance and last date for that. Also i have given my two E-mail I.Ds 1) ASmartSandy@gmail.com, 2) Er.SmartSandy@gmail.com.
But I have't got any responce from her yet. I think this is very shamefull. If anybody reading my Complain Can He/She Please talk to Neha and tell her to give me the detail that i have required so that i can think for my further studies from Symbiosis ?
