  The name of the company is Client Services and they supposedly are out of Arizona but the caller ID says Florida with the phone number 305-836-7371 (which when called is a disconnected number). They claim they represent several banks including Bank of America and Capitol One credit card company.I spoke with Jackieon February 23rd,2009 and while I was asking to be put on the do not call list she hung up on me.

  Somehow I don't think either Bank of America or Capital One are hiring a telemarketer to make cold calls attempting to get more credit card business.
  
  There is at least one notorious telemarketing call center operating out of Florida, claiming to be able to "reduce your interest on your credit cards".  They appear to be calling under various names, including "Heather from Account Services", and often claim to be "working with your bank", or with well known banks, supposedly offering "debt negotiation".  Some of the phone numbers showing on caller id have been reported to also be connected with other shady telemarketing pitches, such as for "prescription drugs".

  "Client Services" also shows up as the name of a debt collector.

  I keep getting calls from these scamming clowns.  It's impossible to get any real questions answered, and when you politely request to be removed from their call list, they pull the plug on the call.  SleaZoids, Inc., I believe they clearly indicated.

  Same thing happens to me. I have told them hundreds of times to put me on the do not call list. They hang up on me...I ask for there number and name first now before talking to them. They give me wrong numbers. I am on the do not call list already.

  We have been getting 4-5 calls per day from these folks. The recorded message does not name the company; it says they can "lower your interest rates." You can press one to speak to a rep, or press two to be removed from the call list. We pressed two dozens of times, but they kept calling, so we "faked" interest to find out the name of the company. As others have indicated, the rep is VERY vague about who they are, where they are located, and what they want. Once we knew the company's name, we filed a complaint with the Do Not Call list office.
