I received a book from BHG, that I did not order, and is not worth the money they charge for it.  Now I'm trying to find an address so I can return it. Their web site is a joke. There is no information about returning this book. You are  sent from one place to another, and none of them give the information needed. I would NEVER order anything from a company like this.

    It's a cramming scam..
    They have numerous consumer complaints of sending and billing for unordered books.
    It is illegal to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.
    If they sent you a bill for this book, or sent a bill with the book itself, file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
