Dispute fraudulent charges immediately through your bank, under FRB Reg. E for disputing checking account charges via EFT, ACH, or debit card, or under FCBA for credit card disputes, and close your account or block your card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges showing on statements dated up to 60 days earlier than your original date of dispute.

I've also been charged by MNI Credit Report.com, without my permission. In discussions with the company and my bank, I discovered:
    1. Somebody had my credit card number.
    2. They registered with MNI Credit Report.com with the credit card number, using incorrect Social Security Number, invalid e-mail address, and incorrect date-of-birth.
    3. The reason? To obtain credit information, determine if the card number was valid and phish for other credit card numbers and personal information contained in the credit report.
If you see a charge from MNI Credit Report.com that you did not authorize, call them immediately at 1-866-883-3309 and report it. They can find your account simply by getting your name as it appears on your credit card, the last 4 digits of the card or  your Social Security, and they can credit the charges they've made to your account.
In short, MNI are not scammers, but are being scammed by whoever has your credit card number(s).
The solution is to get new credit card number(s) or close the accounts.
