Fraud charges on Card

I visited this site in November 2010, created an account and went on the free trial. I had to enter my card info to start the free trial. Before the free trial ended, I canceled my service and closed out the account. I received a message my account was closed and I was  not going to be billed. December came and I got billed, January the same and again in March. Not February due to lack of funds but the attempt does appear on my statement. I tried each month to contact them, but no reply. Here it now March and they finally responded only after I used language to get their attention. They emailed me telling me to call customer service, what a joke that was.

They offered me 3 free months of service but no refund after I had demanded it several times. Dont waste your time with this company or any other dating service online. They are all fakes and frauds. Even the good Christian dating sites. You want to get with someone, go out to a club or something, or a church function like the olden days and do it, that way you wont get charged for a service you dont use and you wont get scammed by fakes.
