I have gotten numerous calls from someone from 210-819-4442/415-484-2132/918-623-9401 all from someone with thick indian accent saying I have a judjement against me for a loan from cash america of whic I have never done buisness with. They keep stating they are issuing a warrent for my arrest.

    I have gotten several calls from them as well.   I blocked their number on my telephone.   Several months ago, I got a call from the same sort of scam saying that they had a warrant out for my arrest.  I told them that I work for the police department locally and that they could come arrest me anytime.   What they really wanted was $$$ to keep this "from going any further".   When they called back, I hung up on them.

    I just got a call from a San Antonio number.   The first person i talked to could not understand her said they work for a debt solution and recovery departmetn and she was a paralegel,  She wanted my attorny information, I told her that was confidental and I dont just give their name and number out but if they could give me their address i would have someone from their San Antonio office go by and talk to them.  They said no all they needed was his number and would not give any information out. Then i was like what is your TExas bar number so i can verify who you are.  They were like we are in San Antionio Texas I was like yes the STATE of texas.  The nshe transfered me. The next guy said it would not matter if my attorny had their address cause it was being downloaded in the next 48 hours and he was only the messagenger to get my attorny infomration.  I was like again what is your FIRMs texas bar number or the laywer you are a paralegal for, he was like it dont matter , we have your ssn and your address and your emplyerr.  Then he ask me what my emplyerr address and phone numbe was ((RED FLAG AGAIN) I was like you have it you tell me who it is and their address) he was like that confidental and I said so is me realeasing information to someone is unwilling to verify who they are.  He gave me the address and name (funny it was a job i had 4 years ago) and i was like if that is what you have then i guess it correct.

    He was like sir you are not willing to work with us so i will tell the court to process and i would get  a letter in the mail with the court name address and time to be there and since i wont give them my laywer information then my laywer can not be in the court room with me.  (it slike BS)

    So most of the time i was f***ing with the guy.  I told him my lawyer ( who was the state attorny General ) and told him to feel free to call him and provide them all if his information cause he will be asking as well.
