A message came up on my computer screen that I had a virus and to call this 1-800 #.  When I did so, this man came on and had me to press several buttons, after realizing something didn`t seem right, I hung up, days later I received a letter stating that I ordered this Identa kit, and they would take so much out of my checking account per month.  I tried calling and stayed on the lined for nearly 1 hour and no one answered.  This is a scam and they need to be stopped.  I am disabled and on a fixed income.  This is the address and telephone number they gave me

Never talked with these people. I do not feel a need of identity theft protection for me personally. In checking my bank account on my phone app I noticed a pending  charge  of 12.95. I never authorized  this charge, had never heard of identavault before in my life. Called  my credit card issuer and found this was the 4th month!!! Have no clue how they got my card number.  These people are no good scammers that are out to steal money.

I found that they gave me a free month's subscription because I signed a contract with Dish.  They then charged 12.95 a month after.  I had no idea who they were until I saw my checking acct.  I called them and cancelled the subscription.  They still kept withdrawing 12.95 from my acct.  Will talk to a lawyer to file a class action suit.

Afer three months of sending emails to identavault.Com, i finally saw the number listed above by nancy collins.    I called the number...Talked to a man named "ben"   who finally cancelled and refunded three months of $12.95 per month.     I got a confirmation number to prove this was cancelled.    Upon questioning him...I determined that the above referenced phone number is a "member services" organization who handle thousands of companies.    He had no idea of who identavault is...Or what they do!!!     This is idiotic [***] at it's finest!!      The phone number i called was--1-877-813-1264.     Call them and afterwards call your attorney general's office and register a complaint to stop these scammers.

I got an email today from these people. Noticed they have been doing this ti me since I got Dish Internet services. I, too, will be filing a complaint. I think it should be a complaint against IdentaVault and Dish in all honesty.

Apparently it was in fine print when ordering new box from Dish Network, so we can thank them for this scam.  When I discovered they were sucking money from my account I called them and told them to stop.  They did  not and I had to close my charge card account to make them stop.  How does continue?????

Just incredible! I too, seen two charges from these scammers of different amounts and had my bank cancel them.
Then for the first time I hear from them in an email stating there canceling my Premium Account. I reckon I'll give these Yahoo's a call today and find out more but, I too just got Dish so I'll assume it has to do with them. I've got a bone to pick with Dish anyway so I'll also call them too. And I'm also disabled on SS, I reckon they like to prey on the poor but, they'll find out no matter how disabled or poor I am they've barked up the wrong tree.

Same thing happened to me.  I called the number mentioned in one of the comments, 877-813-1264, got the automated operator and selected the option for billing got transferred to an extension that rang twice then I was told I had reached a number that was not available in my area.  Maybe I will try calling Dish.

I found out yesterday I had "signed up" for Identavault.  I never signed up for anything.  I don`t know how they got my email address or credit card number but they did.  I cancelled my credit card today as I already had a bill with them emailed to me.   I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.  These are SCAMMERS!  And I did not sign up for Dish either.

I signed up with a basic (very basic) Dish account and learned that they signed me up for this and for something called "EliteSupportGroup". I cancelled this Identavault mess immediately and have a confirmation email that I am printing out to show to my bank if this Scam actually withdraws money next month. That "Elite" is tougher to cancel. I sent an email to the Customer Service department telling them that I never signed up, nor do I know what they are or what they do. I also told them that I would hate to have to report them as fraud at my bank and would hate to get a lawyer on them so tehy best cancel my subscription. Again, I printed that email as well to show my bank.
