Please do not believe what you are told about the "weeks" program

Please do not believe what they tell...Palace Resorts are the most dishonest frauds I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their customer service is the pits..... I was on hold for over thirty minutes. Please, make sure that you won't believe the hype...there were so many misrepresentations.

This is not the first misrepresentation that Palace resorts has lied..yes, I said they lied. They have a habit of doing this....I did pay with credit cards, so I will be contacting the credit card company, to discuss a possible refunds. I want a full refund.

Stay away from Palace Resorts!!!!!
