Duplicate charges - GRC-Wen linked my credit card with a stranger's account

Starting in July of 2012 my credit card number was linked with the account of a total stranger.  I believe this happened because GRC goes by street number and zip code instead of name and account number.  I have been trying to seek resolution for months.  I was able to cancel my account with GRC-WEN and that of the total stranger.  But GRC owes me $97.84.  The equivalent of three shipments that went to this total stranger, in 2012, who lives in the same town as me, with the same house number.  I have tried working with my bank and GRC but no one seems to be able to understand my issue and reimburse me for these charges that have nothing to do with me.  I am sending another letter to my bank and was looking for the GRC address to send a copy of my letter to, when I stumbled on this web-site. I am so frustrated and want to warn anyone who wants to purchase product that uses GRC for their billing process, to reconsider.  I prefer on-line purchases, but have never had an experience like this. WEN is a great product, but the whole billing experience has been a total disaster!! Good luck to all who are having similar issues.
