Jamaica Call Scam

A male calling from these numbers: 1-876-880-1928, 1-876-881-2530, and 1-876-394-7705 has repeatedly harassed my mother for four days trying to get her to send him $450 for a supposed sweepstakes winning.  He has not ceased to call our home, and in the end engaged in cursing disputes with my mom.  He also left a voice message on our phone, which we saved just in case it would help law enforcement officials locate or identify him.  I am reporting this through all possible channels.
