Immediately dispute all unauthorized or fraudulent charges directly through your bank, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.
If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank should be able to reverse it, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
There are a number of companies running scam charges through consumer accounts. It is generally NOT effective to try to get them to restore your money, since they set out to take it and will often attempt to string you along past the 60 day dispute period so they can keep it.

sir recently in my locality(nagrakata, jalpaiguri west bengal) a bank name QUASHI has been opened. I checked all the sources in the internet about this but could not find any relevant information about its authourization. I have seen many financial institution collecting money from innocent and uneducated people and running away closing their branch, leading people to panic and cursing them. so sir i would like to know what is the correct means of geting the information of such doubtful banks or is there anything that you can do?? Please help.
