Customer Service

Waited in line for over 30 minutes, only 2 tellers available. I finally get to the teller to close out a small savings account and am told she can't close it out until I go sit down and see someone at a desk so they can look up and see how much interest has accrued which was 1cent. everyone at the desk was busy so I was told I would have to wait or could make an appointment.  This is horrible customer service and all of this for one penney.  I have quite a large sum in the bank and am considering going to another institution. The service has just gone down hill.
