Like all posts on the site I have the same issues!  My husband and I are retired, purchased before retirement ,as we knew our income was going to be limited .  Wanted quality product that saved on water and energy ! What a joke I spent more on clothes due to my machine... I thought it was me... Or my clothes were to blame...BUT years of this problem made me realize that it is the product... (Washer/dryer)But now we have no income to replaced the washer/dryer!
