Charged after account cancelled

I called to cancel my account (that I don't remember agreeing to anyways).  When I called they said they showed my account as inactive.  I asked how long it had been inactive and they said over a year.  I told them that I had been charged once a month for the past 3 months and had also received more vitamins.  After being on hold for 20 minutes she came back on and told me they would send me a return stamp so I could send the vitamins back.  I asked her if I would get a refund.  She had to put me back on hold to ask her supervisor if I would be able to get my money back.  She said they could send me the money back.  I am going to watch the bank though, I don't think they will refund the whole amount and I will have to call them back.  I am also going to contact my bank and see if there are any other charges since it had been cancelled a YEAR ago and try to get that money back.
